Remove Bionic (Ubuntu 18.04) support #275

EOL was June 2023 ... I was looking at the 2028 date when i was thinking of keeping it (source: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases) ... since that needs "Ubuntu Pro" i am making a judgement call to remove this support

total mistake issue .... dup of https://github.com/Xmetalfanx/linuxSetup/issues/255 it seems and i didn't even notice
