VSCodium download issue #288

While my code was slightly different (already upgrade locally on my dev branch. The domain for vscodium seems down. It was likely not my code having issues anyway. I will have to test this when the domain is back up

in case this happens again (even getting DEBs this way) consider adding a fallback ... not sure what check i'd do to TRIGGER the fallback to downloading the RPM or DEB from the official Github/Gitlab source
