Remove OpenSUSE Leap 15.4 support #295

I missed that Leap 15.4, went EOL Dec 30, 2023 .. .i still see some references to it in the software section ... this needs to be removed

I have to verify some 15.5 changes i made, but so far I am not seeing anything left over now (not counting old test markdown files)
