Strawberry Music Player code refactoring, most distros (DEB and RPM anyway... Solus and say Arch maybe fine) need testing

Progress - post refactoring

Ubuntu

24.04 Install (needs exp version)	Kubuntu 24.04 (tested on)	---
22.04 Install	Lubuntu 22.04	I saw extra prompts on Mint 21.3's test but ... i did not see any in the last two tests on Lubuntu ... this is a COMPLETE pass
Pre-24.04 install with deb-get	Lubuntu 22.04	Pass

the issue in the last test was due to a conflict (this was a bare metal mint install where Strawberry was already installed .... there was a conflict, THEREFORE the exit code was NOT "0" ... hence the code never getting to the 'return'

I want to cleanup that issue with Ubuntu and the extra code there but this is 99% done (and tested)
