Fedora 38 goes EOL on May 14, 2024 and should be removed
Add Fedora 40 support

Code related to the following issues should not be included in tests, IF distro-support related updates are done first .... i dont want to keep distro related support issues open, over stuff i am redoing anyway.

(i can ignore the strawberry music player part ... see the message above for why) ... testing IS Needed though

Fedora 38 support now removed

Enough tests (cant say i tested every last one) ... and not counting issues mentioned above that I am refactoring next release anyway.... I am calling Fedora 40 support done
