OcenAudio code needs a lookover - OpenSUSE and Fedora related #309

https://github.com/Xmetalfanx/linuxSetup/issues/301 as said here the latest LABEL on the Fedora version is for Fedora 35 but it MAY just be a label ... I want to verify it works on modern Fedora while not having to keep that issue open for this one thing

Failed on F40 test ... this needs investigating

code is getting fixed ... and I want to re verify Leap 15.5

Fedora 40 code works in multiple tests .... just need to re-test Leap 15.5
