Theming on KDE #315

Add some sort of note or message somewhere to note most of the theming (for now) is GTK related and not meant for KDE/Plasma ... so user's know

Should i put a check that only displays any extra message IF a user is on Plasma? .. that SEEMS like a good idea

https://github.com/Xmetalfanx/linuxSetup/commit/02c25d077f37909fb5e90daa3849478e8d2e624b commit and a few before that moved the message from the menus (it wasn't displaying correctly anyway there) address this
