AppImage Launcher issues #319

There hasn't been a release since 2020 despite code updates... the rpm and debs i think are having issues ... but there IS an appimage from back then ... i may have to switch from using various (say PPA) methods to only using the AppImage ... of AppImage Launcher

Updated to use the AppImage and install it here https://github.com/Xmetalfanx/linuxSetup/commit/334fec044f505d8d445edbcaff183795533b938f

Tested and working on Kubuntu 24.04 at least (should be fine on other distros... that was just the VM i happen to test on )
