Yaru Theming issues #324

not related to my code (in which there are bugs), i have noticed issues with the YaruColors install.sh where no matter what i do in the VM the themes never get moved to where they are supposed to go

I need to think about keeping this in my scripts for now

I unfortunately cant remember the original details of this issue but based on issues I am seeing (maybe with my code .. maybe with YaruColor's I have for now anyway left the Yaru sub menu for theming BUT REMOVED the menu call to YaruColor at least until its working better and/or updated

I should test the default Yaru stuff "just in case" before closing this
