Choose SNN network type, number of connections and clean up code

Criteria:

Only keep the "grid" (connections with nearest neighbors) and "random" (connections anywhere) models.
verify that parameter values are correctly mapped and restart the SNN when necessary (eg: modification of nb of neurons...)
Remove old and unnecessary parts of the code
