Game of Life input mechanics

As a user, I want to send input messages to the Game of Life so that I can influence its evolution

Acceptance criteria:

• Inputs must write to the generator/lattice only when an osc input message is received:
• • if the input message is "approximately 0": do not do anything
• • if the input message is "different from aprroximately 0" : set the selected input cells to 1
• "approximately 0" is a shorthand for "absolute value of the input message is smaller than 0.1"

Technical details:

• The computation sequence is important: first compute the current state (n) of the GoF according to the previous one (n-1), then set the input values to the current state (n)

@puneet798 following our discussion, I propose that we slightly modify the behavior of the Wolfram input: "if the input message is approximately 0, do not do anything (do not write 0)." I am modifying this in the ticket criteria. I also created a similar bug ticket for the Wolfram CA (#346)
