Part of #306

Have a "speed" float slider in the parameters of each generator.
When I change it, change the speed of the generator
have a minimum and maximum value of 0 and 100
IMPORTANT: if the back end manages to control the rate in Hz of the generator use the name "rate (Hz)" instead of "speed."
