add zoom and pan in the LatticeView #336

closes #315 ; closes #316

users can now pan (by middle-mouse clicking) and zoom (by middle-mouse wheeling) inside the lattice view. a new field was also implemented to track and edit the zoom value on the fly.

additionally, some shortcuts were added:

Ctrl + = (equal sign): zoom in
Ctrl + - (minus sign): zoom out
Ctrl + 0: reset view (pan [0, 0]; zoom 100%)
