When downscaling lattice width/height, regions do not clamp #350

Describe the bug When downscaling the lattice width and/or height, the regions that would now be out-of-bounds do not clamp back within bounds, and thus appear to float in thin air.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the application.
  2. Change the lattice width to 20.
