Update AUTHORS.md

We usually list up people by the order of whoever contributed the most first - and should be written to in case there is an issue.

I would put people in the following order: Julien, Simon, Quessy, Ursula, Puneet, Saunier, Chris, Sofian. (according to how many lines of code each person has written) This can be reordered, of course, if you want and can explain why.
