final changes to osc.md file and organization of doc folder + collapsing the contributing.md file into the install.md file (install.md consumes contributing.md)
small changes to erroneous / incorrect messages printed to the console in certain edge cases of invalid input OSC messages (this refers to the changes made in ComputeEngine.cpp)
