Address several issues related to Chosen #15

Chosen instance displays correctly on XF's narrow responsive view
Selector change events work correctly without Chosen (ie: on mobile)

This also changes the passed width to 100% instead of 98%, which was the original width prior to any changes. I'm happy to change it back to 98%, but the custom warning box and all other inputs on the page are 100% so it looks a little odd that way.

Shoot, I think I lost the minified file to a merge conflict. One second.
