Feature Request: Add a "rate" flag for download speed #63

Would it be possible to add a rate limiter similar to youtube-dl?

For example, I can throw "-r 3.5M" on the command and that will limit the download speed to 3.5 MB/s.

Currently no plans to do this. I'll consider this. :)
