DXGI Device1 Exception #764

Version: SVN Trunk

Creating a new DXGI Device1 from a DXGI Device fails with an exception about 
the key already existing in the object table. It seems the QI in the 
constructor is giving the same pointer that DXGI DeviceChild.Device creates an 
object from.
