  1. It is an encrypted rar file, because it is malware and anti-viruses cannot scan encrypted files
  2. The screenshots quite literally credit someone else, it's clearly not the program you are downloading from this repository.
  3. This person only has two repositories, which are both just a rar file.

how can I delete the malware i have uit now aswell ):
