"all news (categories)" was not working #114

I've merged my changes here, so take a look and let me know if it works for you. As I've mentioned, there were more changes than just the block files.

no, I expect that main branch (XoopsModules25x/publisher) is uptodate

I spent almost the whole day with adding a new field to publisher: a date when an article expires and will be not shown anymore (it was in xnews and I found this very useful). I have to fix some things in admin area and I hope I can merge this :-|
