Fix the url link in a lost password mail #74

HI. I fixed a problem that xoops users couldn't click a URL inside a lost password email due to Japanese strings were attached right after the URL.

I don't know what branch I should send this PR to, so I send to the default branch of your repository.

I hope that you allow me to fix it.
