Added the switch "XOOPS_LOGGER_ADDQUERY_DISABLED" to reduce memory consumption.

I was annoying at XoopsLogger that used too much memory when I ran a huge batch script.

Now you can stop logging too many sql queries when you set XOOPS_LOGGER_ADDQUERY_DISABLED.
