Can't install NSP using Goldleaf & Quark 0.10.1 #677

NSP Installation fail using 0.10.1

Bug description

When i try to install a NSP using Goldleaf, I get the following error : (sorry for the french)

Error: 2145-0001 (0x291)
Module: ETickets (145)
Description: Erreur inconnue ou non documentée (1)

Your setup

Console firmware: [ e.g. 5.1.0, 6.2.0, 7.0.1 ] 9.1.0
CFW with version: [ e.g. Atmosphere 0.18.1 ] Atmosphere v1.5.2
Goldleaf version: [ e.g. 0.8, 0.9 (nightly) ] 0.10.1
Quark version: [ e.g. 0.4 ] 0.10.1

Bug reproduction

Open Goldleaf on your switch Open Quark on your laptop (here MacOS) Naviguate through your PC from your switch Select a NSP Install it

Additional information

I already used goldleaf before, but since I upgraded the version, I have this error.
