[SUGGESTION] Lockscreen #108

An optional "lockscreen" like the one on Horizon to avoid misspresses. Also, this could grow to be a full lockscreen like the one on Android, taking things like the user password

Great idea, haven't used uLaunch in a while so I actually didn't even know it didn't have a Lock Screen. 😂
