Created Brazilian Portuguese translations for uManager and uMenu closes #123 reopen of #217

The uMenu strings seem to have some old strings removed in uNew, use this strings as reference (it's probably just a matter of removing old strings anyway)

I am reviewing and updating the translations at the moment

I don't know what happened to have applied so many commits, now GitHub is asking to resolve some conflicts even in files that I didn't change...

Well, just send me the JSON file and I'll include it myself on a new commit to avoid this PR chaos
