[SUGGESTION] Detect game card #58

A suggestion is to detect the game card and bring the title to the front of the home screen with an icon to indicate it is a game card.

I read this as three different features:

Detecting if an menu item is representing a physical game card
Showing if said game card is connected at the moment
Detecting in real time the game card being connected and reacting to it

1) Yeah this would be really nice 2) Is already kind-of done, since gamecard games whose gamecard is not inserted are detected as not launchable by uLaunch 3) Also kind-of done, but only when the gamecard fails to mount
