Bug with service channel #668

XVM version: 3263

Hello all, 

new XVM is bugging all service channel mods. It is caused by 
xvm\mods\xvm-svcmsg i think...

applies to locastans and Exel mod too...

Im using Exel mod. When I load game, service channel is ok. When I enter battle 
and after battle return to garage, service channel sint showing up (im clicking 
on it, but window isnt opened)... after switching to XVM 3243, service channel 
is again Ok.

So I tesdet recurrence of this problem...
Clean install of XVM and Exel session stats.
XVM ver.: 3.2.67
Exel: 8.11.6

Case 1:
Normally start the game. Service channel is working as intended. Enter battle 
and wait for finish the battle (let's say NOT leave battle until it regulary 
ends). Return to garage. Service channel is working well.

Case 2:
Start the game, service channel is working. Enter the game and leave battle in 
unfinished state (let's say, you were killed, so you wanna to pick another 
tank). After return to garage click on service channel and nothing is happen. 
So no informatiions or windows are shown.

Confirming that removing res_mods\xvm\mods\xvm-svcmsg.swf does that trick :)

But this is not a solution, only temporary workaround.
I don't use other mods, and can't reproduce this issue.

Exel session stats is a little addon, you should try it...

Here to mention that I have the same exact problem.  Using the mod "YasenKrasen 
Coloured Messages + session statistics [ENG]".  Problem began when I started to 
use the 5.2.0 test version of the nightly releases.  Behavior is exactly as how 
described in #4 above.

It is surely bug in XVM, since it still happens without any session stat mod 
installed, or even tank carousel that was mentioned somewhere.
