First I have a french version of the game.
I tested this mod quickly
and it seemed to replace all stacks of papers & newsprints in orca station with
"things with english names instead of localized french names" that would yield nothing
despite the vanilla game already handling these piles as proper objects that you can take in inventory & interact with in a variety of ways
(make fire with them directly or transform them in tinderplug)
