error with #v4 #30

I was trying pkg:golang/github.com/avast/retry-go@v4.5.1#v4

It did not read after #v

Error: No connection adapters were found for "('https://github.com/avast/retry-go.git', 'v4.5.1')"

Tested with v0.1.12, and works fine.

This issue was solved by #33
