Import SBOMs and OSPIs for recursive search #5

The general idea is to be able to pass a file, which could contain an SBOM (SPDX or CycloneDX) and extract PURLs or an OSPI, which is a simple text file that contains a list of PURLs, one entry for each line.

Will move the SBOM functionality to #27 while OSPIs will be delivered as part of the alpha release.
