I can't format my usb partition #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. First, It says "Impossible to open partition"
2. Then, I try to format it but it says "Impossible to format partition"

I've tried with NTSF, FAT32 and WBFS.

Program version is v1.2.0. I'm running it on Lubuntu 14.04
