Same request for the first point I hope it works for updates and DLC Thank you
Sadly those suggestions will add a lot of bloat to WiiUDownloader, which is something I don’t like, I like the KISS principle (keep it simple stupid), so, it’s not happening, however, I’ll leave the issue open in case a dev wants to implement that

I can see how highlighting already downloaded items might add bloat but not really the other two. I've been looking into preserving the wiiu eshop (have with some other systems) and it would be really nice to get the previous update files. Also I think knowing how much space is going to be taken up by the files is pretty useful information in general. Say you don't know if you have enough space or if the file is so large it may take longer than a user wants to download etc. Just an Idea.
Do you happen to have documentation on the Nintendo api calls you are making? I tried looking into the c code (mainly used to python) and have scrapped some idea of the GET endpoints you are using. I don't mind making my own downloader tool so thought I'd ask to get a jumping off point.
I have to argue in favor of the version selections for Updates and DLC. Not only would it be beneficial for Preservationists, but some Speed Runners may need to ensure they run on specific versions of the games and/or DLC, to exploit glitches patched out in later versions. The Speed Running Community is very big, and does massive charities streams twice a year, SGDQ and AGDQ.
+1 for the ability to get older versions. Hopefully we will be able to do so before the store closes forever (for the sake of preservation).
wanted to put in my request, I like how fluffy and daewoo work together for the switch to install. This by passes the middle man (sd card) Any change of remote install here? For wiiu there is his usbhelper app but its broken badly.

You can use NUSspli to download directly to your NAND (risky) or your external HDD and install to those too, so no need for an sdcard except for launching NUSspli, you’re limited to the Wii U’s download speeds though
Main feature request I could ask would be to deal with files that you already have. You occasionally have it crash or give an error at which point you might not know exactly where it stopped.
Don't need the full function to highlight games you already have but if you have them highlighted to download and you already have them, instead of redownloading them, just run a quick verify and move on if it matches.
And I figure having it as a per file check as it would allow it to resume downloads that stopped mid game.
Feature Requests
Thanks for the awesome tool.
