Formatting failing #15

I'm getting a blank document (at best) whenever I download the file. If I had to guess, it'd be the tables breaking the plugin?

Just improving the online interface would make my experience much better. Making everything more streamlined, easy to print as well as review online. "Back to Main Menu" option in plan reviewer comments section would be SO helpful.
