This site can't be reached when am trying to export the content to pdf http://xep.cloudformatter.com/Chandra.svc/genfile. looks like site/service down. I have attached the screenshot, can

http://cloudformatter.com/CSS2Pdf.Demos.Structures

And format, it works. This always means the site is up and should be your first check.

The error you are getting can come from many things, including the data you are sending has something bad in it.

We need more information like a public link to your install (if it exists) for us to evaluate.

Hi @pyanand, I'm also facing the same issue after the change from HTTP to HTTPS, can help to explain what exactly you have done to fix this error.
