What does the wear os apk do? #5

My phone seems just vibrate after tap the app Pixel Watch 2 , any 1 of 3 on app drawer.

The wear companion app sends virtual key presses to the phone.

You can remap them in the main app to do whatever you want.

I thought it was to remap the watch buttons.

I also tried the PBMC phone app on watch, it can be config normally but not working after save.

That is not possible at the moment

Remap support for WearOS would take extra time, and besides there aren't many users with Xposed on Wear

I guess so, the watch buttons are hard to press for fingers compare to phones

In most watches you can customize the hardware buttons to some degree

For example, my watch has 2 buttons, on one I set double press to launch "PBMC 1", which in turn launches a specific playlist in the music app on my phone
