v4 will use a new VM (#2505), new moduleset (need to update older VMs to track v3 tag)

Moduleset updated in r24608 for Xpra-org/xpra#2505.

I think this is working. Unfortunately none of my macos VMs after 10.11.x support audio, the kernel drivers don't seem to find the virtualized devices. The new builds require 10.14 or later, so I can't use the 10.11.x VM for testing either..

Edit: tested on a mac mini, works fine.
