version check should be per branch #4386

Anyone choosing the 5.x LTS branch should not be offered to update to the 6.x releases.

Done in 128b2be7a8648f5ac938fb5d9758db4e4822af34. Current version for https://xpra.org/CURRENT_VERSION_v6 is currently set to 6.1.3
