게시판 일괄기본설정에 모바일뷰 값 초기화 문제

1. 여러 게시판을 일괄기본설정으로 적용하면
   게시판들의 모바일뷰 체크값이 해제됩니다.

기본적으로 일괄기본설정에 모바일뷰 설정이 빠져있습니다.
추가하고 기본값을 기존값유지로 하시면 될거 같네요.
