Board 모듈 게시판 생성 시 기본값 오류

Board 모듈에서 새로운 게시판 생성을 합니다.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
기본 값 그대로 표시되어야 할 페이지 수가 기본 값과 
상이합니다.

기본 값:10
실제 기본값:20

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XE 1.5.4
Board 1.4.5

Please provide any additional information below.
예전부터 기본값은 10이었고, 대부분의 커뮤니티가 페이지 
하단 목록 수를 10 페이지 정도로 표시하는 것에 따라 실제 
기본값도 표시된 것 처럼 10으로 조정하는 것이 좋아 
보입니다.
