Error Message "No permission" to save an ARTICLE #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a page with ARTICLE option. Import to Cafe. 
2.Assign a manager permission, then login in as a manager to cafe. 
3.Go to the Article page, then a Modify button is shown. Click it and
  edit it and save it. Then it show an error message "No permission." 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is OK with WIDIGET type page and board to save it or edit it.
But ARTICLE type page does not save.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Cafe package 1.1.5.13 the latest version.

Please provide any additional information below.
Most of the functions with cafe what I want works ok. This is a major problem 
but could be fixed without much sweat. Thank you.

It has not occurred.

Below are test steps.
- Assign a manger(super admin). (Import can only super admin (not cafe admin))
- create ARTICLE page and write document (act = dispPageAdminInsert)
- Import to cafe
- Assign a cafe manager, than wirte document
