Can not insert package when do not use 'path' with XE 1.5 beta #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try insert package

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected: inserted package.
instead: Error message 'enter value for path'

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
There is column 'path' is not null in insertPackage.xml

r90, fixed a bug for do not insert package when not use "path"
