snakemake workflow #1

Hi @Xqua -

this looks like an interesting project. I'll have a look at it. In the meantime, can I ask you to mind the authorship of the snakemake workflow. It was conceived by ChristopherSchmied and myself. Can you please change that in your README.md.

Of course, I missed it somehow, sorry about that ! It's been done ! FYI I've gotten this to work on Google Compute Engine.
