As discussed in #54, an abstraction for reading test info added.

In this PR:

A new public interface XrayTestMetadataReader added
A default implementation of XrayTestMetadataReader - CustomXrayTestMetadataReader added
reading value of XrayTestMetadataReader from xray-junit-extensions.properties added
JUnit5 tests added
