ability to attach files whenever uploading results, in the Test Execution issue

Provide the ability to attach files whenever uploading results to Xray in Jira, in the Test Execution issue. A given file can be identified or a regex (regex eventually may be limited to current working directory and subdirs).

Note: this will probably require new settings for Jira API credentials, namely on cloud.
