Some models don't have Patient, status, and other metadata

Condition and other – missing Patient, author, status, etc. Should we add all those there or not? For a bigger document, the link to the patient is already on the document level and not in every subclass separately.

Decision 22.10.2024: Patient to be added, let’s not go crazy with the rest for now. Emphasise that they are CLINICAL information models.

2024-10-30: The patient (or provider, etc.) is sometimes referenced from the logical models, sometimes not. Patient (etc.) can be kept in a header of a document, but by recital 17 of EHDS, also parts should be referable separately. There might be business requirements where a patient (reference) is needed, e.g. in an e-prescription. We will continue to reference patient (etc.) as needed in the logical models and not (always) expect to find such information e.g. in a header of a document.
