Define element naming conventions #39

We have EHDSObservation, then observationDate, observationCode. Other models don't replicate the name.

We should define AND apply the convention for consistent element names

Sometimes it makes it clearer to add this, but the main rule is to not repeat. Only repeat when it improves readability/clarity.
