This data element would need a clarification.

I am really not sure what would be the source of the countryOfAffiliation information, which purpose this information serves, how this information will be used in real-world workflows and how this information is related to other data elements, e.g. document custodian.

This we should clarify prior to inclusion of this element to the data set.
