Overall improvement and fixed issue with not working with WSL bash being the main default shell.

Changelog:

Fixed issue with not working with default bash shell from WSL.
Overall improvement to the script and the way it is bootstrapped and load the tool.
If .aliases exist then will register the tool alias there, else default to shell's rc file.
