Auto add QEMU emulation layer for non X86 platforms #16

This change adds the ability to auto-register and add QEMU emulation layer for non x86 platforms.

Changes:

QEMU will be automatically added to crontab on the installation of docker. If entry already exists, will skip.
QEMU will be run and executed on first docker install, this is to allow it to be ready for use immediately as long as docker is working.
QEMU entry will be removed from crontab. On restart will no longer load the emulation layer.
